Which skin types is the CICA Serum best suited for?
It is formulated for sensitive, redness-prone, and acne-prone or post-acne skin, and works for all skin types, including combination and oily.
What is your MOQ, and can I start smaller?
MOQ starts at 3,000 units. For smaller starts, our labeling program covers lower volumes: sticker labels under 30 units, label printing included from 30 units, and printing plus application included from 300 units.
What sampling options are available?
You can order a Basic Sample for $200 (one round, non-refundable) or choose Advanced Sampling — a 50% deposit covers up to three rounds refined on your feedback, and the deposit is credited toward production. Samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
How soon can we launch after approving samples?
Production takes 35–60 days after sample approval and final artwork confirmation.
Can you support certifications for our target market?
Yes. The product is EU-ready with CPNP registration and full testing (microbiological, physical, chemical, challenge PET, stability, and compatibility), and we offer certification support for CPNP, SFDA, Vegan, and Halal on request.
